This hillside addition and remodel with a dramatic modern design features a glass floor exposing the creek running through the property. Supported on exposed structual steel columns, the addition was clad in sustainably grown red balau wood siding. The interiors feauture vertical grain douglas fir cabinetry, maple wood flooring and custom integral corian sinks and counters. Metal clad oversize operable windows include douglas fir frames on the inside and allow for generous views of the heavily wooded backyard.
